Year 3 celebrate the Queen's birthday

Class: Y5/6 - Mrs Shimmin Year: 2015 - 2016

We had a fantastic time celebrating the Queen's 90th birthday. We really enjoyed learning about the Queen's family tree and traced it all the way back to Alfred the Great! 

In the afternoon, we celebrated with a tea party. Our class made classing jam and cream scones! At tea party, we performed a South African folk song called Tina Singu with Mr Wright's class. We also enjoyed watching all of the other performances.
