Fantasy sculptures

Lesson: Art and design

We have been looking at examples of fantasy creatures in stories and films and created our own from clay.           

Then we painted them and added decorations to enhance its final appearance. We used very fine paintbrushes to slowly add colour.

We have been thinking about the type of characters our creatures would be.

Most of them seem quite friendly!
